First snow

Last weekend we had our first snow of the season. It was mostly wet and didn't accumulate a whole lot, but it was still kind of neat to see snow falling!
The boys were SO excited, they wanted to make snow angels, shovel the driveway and make a snowman. Unfortunately there wasn't enough snow for any of that, but they still wanted to go out in it. I decided to just bundle them up and let them go outside so I didn't have to hear them beg about it all day. They were outside for maybe 10-15 minutes and then wanted to come in because they were cold. But that seemed to give them their snow fix, till the next one at least!

    When we face our first snowy winter in Big Bear I'm going to have some questions for you...practical ways to handle it with 3 boys :)

    That's fine....ask away! I'm not sure I'm an expert or even very good at it for that matter, but I'll tell you what I know!!
