Chris is so smart with things, the other day he changed the front brakes on my car all by himself having only ever done it before a handful of times, and those mostly being watching someone else do it. And he saved us over $150 by doing it himself.
While he was doing it, he was trying to teach the boys a little about it too, hoping that one day they will be handy enough to do the brakes on their own cars as well (or ours!). I love a dad who passes on his knowledge to his kids and gets them involved in what he's working on anyway. Our kids are so lucky to have a dad like him!

That's awesome! Nathan just had to change the brakes on our van a couple weeks ago too, and (in addition to saving a bunch of money!) Lucas LOVED being able to "help" and watch Daddy. :) I truly believe that men who include their children in their lives/activities are wonderful blessings from God! What great role models!
